Dr. Rodriguez-Strawn’s teaching and research interests are in higher education administration, leadership in higher education, and developing in-class service learning projects. She is interested in Critical Race Theory (CRT), LatCrit, Higher Education Law, mentoring and femtoring as an intervention tool in higher education, and first-generation Latina/Chicana college persistence.
