- Transcripts from all institutions of higher education previously attended.
- Application fee
Submit the following to the Division of ELA:
- 1-page letter of intent/purpose
- 2-page minimum writing sample
- Resume
- Proof of three years of teaching experience
- Current U.S. teaching license
