Applications are open for the 2024 Educational Leadership Doctoral Program Cohort.
Applications are submitted directly to the NMSU Graduate School.
Please include each of the following items in your application:
- Upload legible copies of all academic transcripts
- Make sure to select Fall 2024 for the admission semester
- Upload a Statement of Support from Current Employer
- Fillable entry for ELA program and degree selection
- Fillable entry for an agreement to interview with ELA faculty
- Upload a letter of intent/purpose
- In your letter, answer these three questions:
- What are your career aspirations?
- How can our program help you achieve those career goals?
- With which faculty member do your proposed plans/research align?
- In your letter, answer these three questions:
- Upload a current Résumé or Curriculum Vitae
- Upload a four-to-five page writing sample focusing on a social justice issue in education
- Enter contact information for three references who will each upload confidential letters of reference into your application portal. You must waive your right to view!
